Terms & Conditions 1 mcuci – Malaysia Platform User Guide

Terms and conditions 1 mcuci takes effect as soon as you first access or use our platform. This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, which forms part of the entire agreement between you and 1 mcuci.

By using the 1 mcuci, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You are a lawful resident of Malaysia under applicable law.
• You understand the risks associated with online gambling.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or third party.
• You are using this platform of your own free will and are not acting under any form of coercion.

Services 1 mcuci is only available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Registration by any individual who does not meet these criteria is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

• One account per individual: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at 1 mcuci only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. Submitting false or misleading information may result in account termination without any refund.

Account 1 mcuci is solely yours and may not be transferred, shared or used by anyone else. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

Your primary responsibilities as an account holder:

• Keeping your password and login details confidential.
• Do not disclose your account information to any third party.
• Notify the support team 1 mcuci immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensuring that the personal information on your account is always kept up to date and accurate.

1 mcuci will not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by a third party due to your own negligence in safeguarding your account security.

All deposits to your 1 mcuci must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only, using payment methods supported by our platform.

• Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties, credit cards, or loans are not permitted.
• 1 mcuci reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected of involvement in illegal activity.
• Any transaction fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the member.

Withdrawal of winnings from your account 1 mcuci you are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Minimum amount: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals requiring additional review may take up to 24 working hours.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by 1 mcuci subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Rollover requirement: Every bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement will be stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Validity period: Bonuses are only valid for the period stated. Any bonus not used within the specified timeframe will expire automatically.

Betting activity on the 1 mcuci is subject to the following rules to ensure fairness for all members:

• Minimum and maximum bet: Each game has a minimum and maximum bet limit, which is set and displayed within the game interface. These limits are subject to change depending on the game type and your account status.
• Final decision: The results of all games and bets are final once calculated by the system. 1 mcuci does not accept any appeals to overturn valid results.
• Technical failure: In the event of any technical disruption while a game is in progress, 1 mcuci reserves the right to void the game round in question and return the stake to the player's account.
• Sports Betting: For sports betting on competitions such as the Malaysia Super League and EPL, the official results issued by the organiser or league are the definitive reference. Any results announced subsequently (such as appeal decisions) will not alter betting outcomes that have already been settled.
• Live bet delay: During live matches, bets may be temporarily suspended at certain moments. This is normal and is not an indication of a technical issue.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform 1 mcuci and may result in immediate account termination, freezing of all funds in the account and legal action where appropriate:

• Fraud: Any form of fraud, including the use of unauthorised credit cards or e-wallets, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or providing false information.
• Money laundering: Using the platform 1 mcuci for the purpose of money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one account to obtain multiple benefits, claim bonuses repeatedly or circumvent restrictions.
• System manipulation: Using automation software, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bonus system.
• Underage use: Registering an account on behalf of an individual under the age of 18, or allowing a minor to access your platform account.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker games or live competitions.

Termination by Member: You may close your account 1 mcuci your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, please ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited.

Termination by 1 mcuci: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Receipt of information indicating that you no longer meet the eligibility requirements to use the platform.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1 mcuci shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.

• 1 mcuci does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, fully secure, or error-free at all times.
• We are not responsible for any betting losses resulting from decisions made by the player.
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from internet disruptions, device issues or technical circumstances beyond our control.
• Maximum liability amount 1 mcuci to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim.

1 mcuci reserves the right to amend, add or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we endeavour to notify members via:

• An in-platform notification upon logging in.
• Email to the address registered on your account.
• Update of the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform 1 mcuci after any amendment is published will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest applicable terms.

In the event of any conflict between a translated version of this document and the original Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
